Unless you want to install a whole load of other drivers, copy just these two files to a folder on a drive that will be available in Windows. I have also bought a new cable and will install that in my computer when it arrives. To manually install the keyboard and trackpad drivers to their respective SPI Device entries in Device Manager, I clicked 'Update Driver'>'Browse my computer.'>'Let me pick from a list.'>'Human Interface Devices'>'Apple Inc.'>Apple SPI Keyboard/Trackpad' After doing some more messing around (and a bunch of trial-and-error) I was able to identify and manually install the keyboard and trackpad drivers!
